The Pickering Undergraduate and Graduate Foreign Affairs Fellowships programs provide funding to participants as they are prepared academically and professionally to enter the United States Department of State Foreign Service. The Rangel Fellowship is a collaborative effort between Howard University and the U.S. Department of State, seeks to attract outstanding young people who have an interest in pursuing a career in the Foreign Service of the U. S. Department of State.
