I just wanted to let you know about the farmer's market where I work because it tends to be very convenient for AU students. Especially if you're new to farmer's markets, it's a great place to start. It's just one farm called New Morning Farm located in Pennsylvania, so it's a really laid back environment and it's easy to get everything you need and you can trust that it's good- local and organic. It's every Saturday from 8am to 1pm and it's located on 36th and Alton. If you're coming from Van Ness metro, go right on Van Ness St., right on Reno (Reno turns into 36th), and you'll see it on the corner of 36th and Alton. If you're coming from Tennley Town, take Yuma down towards Connecticut and go left on 36th, it's on the corner of 36th and Alton. Hope to see you there!
