WFH GREEN HOMES EcoTour -- September 12
Come join us for one of three leisurely, two hour bike tours of Ward 3 environmentally friendly sites. Choose from one of three bike tours at 10 AM, 12 PM, or 2 PM. We will start at the University of the District of Columbia campus where the Green Your Home Expo will take place and then make our way to 5 different stops.
EcoTours 1, 2, and 3:
An easy 3 mile tour by bike, segway or other clean transportation through a series of sites that exemplify environmentally sustainable features inside and out and may include: energy efficiency, recycled construction materials, storm water systems, organic or butterfly gardens, natural habitat and green landscaping.
Leaves from UDC-Green Your Home Expo - Featuring local green vendors, advocacy organizations, and DC agencies.
Consider: Being a GREEN HOME stop on this tour and/or a stakeholder in our programs.
