Right now we have a great opportunity to fight climate change at our school. This year the administration of American University is setting a target date for AU to become carbon neutral. That means what they decide in 2009-2010 will affect AU for decades to come. If American University is to continue to be a leader in sustainability, we need to set an aggressive date for carbon neutrality!
